Frozen fruit factory

Well situated in the fertile marmara region, close to the biggest cities in Turkey. With modern production lines for frozen fruits, vegetables and dried Fruits and vegetables.
The factory has high capacities and is in excellent well maintained condition.
The facility has in addition to the chilling and shock freezing machinery, also 2 drying ovens. It is the only facility in Turkey, able to produce semi dried fruits and vegetables. The crop is coming from almost 50 villages around the plant and seasonaly from Iznik and Bursa and is in excellent quality available.

The Company was founded 1989 by Mr. Eberhard Karl Ortlieb from Germany, and 3 more Partners.
Working soon on full capacity and supplying customers like Nestle ,Molda AG and KNORR etc. in Europe, the Company exported goods for more than 3 million € annually. But after Mr. Ortlieb was killed by an unfortunate plane crash in 2001, his leading position could never be filled again by someone else. The present owners, two brothers would like to sell this factory because, as being both civil engineers they were not efficient enough to run this business.

Main products are ; pumpkin, broccoli, red and green pepper, onions, strawberries, apricots, aubergines, tomatoes, etc.
Any other fruits and vegetables, can be processed on demand.
